2021 is finally coming to an end and as we wrap things up, we take this time to reflect upon the way we served our customers throughout the year.

It has been a challenging year no doubt, Covid-19 menace has been a gun pointed on every business, not only in Kenya but indeed the world over. Many businesses have sunk especially SMEs that do not have enough leverage to secure loans to maintain their operations during the tough times.

We thank God that even during these tough times, we at Ushindi Bora have maintained our operations, albeit at a toned down mode – but still tried as much as possible to keep our clients afloat, assisted small enterprises to continue doing business and still managed to keep our staff on payroll. We thank our esteemed customers who continue to entrust us with their savings, who continue to engage in business with us especially those who spread good words about us.

This year, despite all odds, we launched a new product #UshindiChapChap that can be accessed via *483*14#. This is a mobile loan that allows you to borrow a lower amount to sort out emergencies even when you have both Biashara Long term Loan and M-Ushindi loans. We also re-launched our website to make it more interactive, elegant and easier to access.

We look forward to a better 2022 that will provide more opportunities to serve our customers. For now, We, the Ushindi Bora fraternity wish you all a merry Christmas and a prosperous new year!!!
